Been almost 17 years. :to:

"Live...Suffer...Celebrate" was supposed to come out while Kobe and Shaq were still teammates. :to:

How could they change the title? :to:

:stopitslime: so we gonna act like shytty album covers don't signify shytty production in a lot of cases.

Yup, that's what we're gonna act like...

Cause knowing the Lox, this album cover could be a Banksy work of art and the production could still be weak AF. But we wouldn't know that til we actually HEARD the album.

Should have dropped this almost 15 years ago.....I am still a fan, but an entire generation has passed them by, and they are at least 10 years from their primes.

Styles still makes dope music today, and Sheek was on point on Wu-Block. Jada has been butt on solo releases, but since this is the Lox and Jada is always dope spitting 1 verse on a feature, he should be cool since that's practically what being on a group album is.

Lol nikkaz saying we are the streets was weak

Coli is a pretty weird place. It's one of the only forums I know where legends are actively shyt on, even if they are still making dope music, and where albums that were labeled dope when they came out are shytty now ("I outgrew it" "my ears matured" "it sounds dated", etc.), even though most often those are albums considered unique and timeless. We Are The Streets wasn't a classic record to me, but there were A LOT of dope tracks on there.

jada hasnt lost a step lyrically but that top 5 doa album was one of the most disappointing albums ive ever listened to

sheek louch has always been a struggle bar ass nikka

that leaves me with styles p, hopefully he can get everybody on their a game:wow:

Really? I enjoyed T5DOA album. I thought that "Last Kiss" was album was too unbalanced. Some great highs but the lows were just that....Cant Stop Me is still a beast tho.

I can't take any of them nikkaz seriously. 1998-2000 Swizz had some fire then. TOO many ppl bit that nikkas drum patterns & snares during that time, too.

We Are The Streets was the LP alotta nikkaz really wanted. They embraced their street side more-so on that LP. With rugged beats from Swizz beatz (Produced 90% of it) a Premier Beat....two PK beats and a Timbo beat.

Money Power Respect got more polished, glossier production but overall We Are The Streets was the better package.

My favorite Hip Hop group. Cant believe We Are The Streets came out when I 13 (turned 14 that summer) :skip:the streets was fukking with that album like crazy. nikkas had cd players :russ:those school days tho :wow: but on another note I wished they would of waited til January being that its mad December releases... Since they with Roc Nation I was expecting a much bigger roll out but Imma fukk with the album regardless. Always gonna check for the Lox
