no geographer or anthropologist has any idea how that structure was formed and if you watch towards the end of the video, he's trying to insinuate that some Nigerians came from there because Atlantis was also known for having the highest twin population and so does Nigerian. Alot of African tribes in West Africa have claimed they came from upper north or even east. Who knows if tha's the place some tribes came from but don't really refer to it as Atlantis. Remember, Akan people were an ancient civilization somewhere in Mali or Mauritania that have descendants all over west Africa form under sub groups.
