April 2015 is my deadline as that's when my lease is up. I hope to find something by then. Once the weather breaks I plan on doing some "live" searching. Right now I just look online but there are so many homes sitting abandoned in some stage of foreclosure that aren't up for sale yet you just have to walk the neighborhood to see.

I can see why YOU wouldn't be in a rush but for women it's different. If she's getting anxious try setting a goal first (financially) like once we save XYZ amount or pay off XYZ then we can try making a baby.

That's exactly what we're doing as far as saving and paying down debt. I estimate that by August/September, it'll be all systems go.
