If you don't have a hobby outside of work besides hanging out and bullshytting, find one. Never too late to pick up a new skill or talent. Trust, it brings peace into your life and helps get rid of stress. I'm currently in love with playing the piano. I picked it up a few months ago and recently started going to a teacher on the weekends. The first piece I'm trying to learn front to back is Canon in D. I just imagine what I could have done if I started when I was young. Definitely something I'm getting any future kids I have into.
