Drugs and alcohol are only a temporary mask for depression. Once you come down from that high the depression comes back, sometimes harder.
Change your diet and start meditating (do guided meditation if you don’t know what you’re doing). A lot of times your diet plays a HUGE role in mental illness. If that doesn’t work, seek help. Don’t keep trying to battle it alone, that’ll only make things worse.
