You can start anywhere. As far as classics go you can watch Elfen Lied, Trigun, Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood is the revamped version that's kinda sorta better, both are good), Blade, ect.

Honestly every character had a glow up in that manga. Just like Prison School, everyone starts off looking rough as hell and as the manga progresses they start looking like pretty boys
