Masculine and feminine doesn't just pertain to people. Words and electronics are masculine and feminine.

Masculinity is active, penetrating, offensive. Femininity is reactive, receptive, and defensive. Males and females (sex) are the physical embodiment if these principles. Males having penises to penetrate. Females having vaginas to recieve.

Western society and it's love of extreme binaries, think that Men (gender) should be the all encompassing representation of masculinity, and Women/femininity. Not realizing that it is a spectrum.

Man and women both contain varying proportions of the two energies.

lol this is true...especially with respect to telecommunications...adapters and other miscellaneous parts have female and male versions in which the male version is meant to go inside the female counterpart. Nonetheless I've met people who fall along varying degrees of the spectrum, posters talk about simps, #HOH gang, "thots" and submissive women which basically confirms point .

An omlete with turkey and bell peppers along with some potatoes
A salad with grilled chicken
A protein bar
2 scoops of whey
Two soft shell fish tacos with veggies
Salmon rice n beans and veggies
A mini cinnamon roll and a slice of cheesecake

Don't know how much water..prolly 3.5 liters
