Which is most fulfilling?

I have no idea. Corporate so far hasn't been a good experience and real estate is completely new. The pay is my biggest concern. Corporate is steady pay, but guaranteed misery for the most part. Real estate has more flexibility but the path I want to go down may not be as profitable. I'm meeting with the realtor team lead today and I'll make sure to ask questions about the pay structure.

Sounds like you've already had your fill of the corporate grind.
As long as you don't have dependents that would suffer from a likely, initial income decrease while you bridge that learning curve, I think you should go for it.
Why not challenge yourself by exercising your talents in a different field?
Change equals growth and growth is good.
