But it does mean you're going to be severely limited in the weights you can lift.
Try to make friends with a regular and coordinate with him.
I know that's a tall order for an introvert but gym-brehs are some of the nicest people around.
Especially when it comes to fitness. Can't hurt to try

Real talk, me and the homies just googled workouts and regimens and adapted them to our own particular strengths/weaknesses.
You don't have to follow whatever you find like it's gospel.
Just find one you think is doable and stick to it until you master it.
Then move on because your body will need variety once the ball gets rolling.

Most items are around $10 and in bulk.
There was a local meat market that had 3 for 1 deals that really came in clutch too.
And you can get a decent Foreman grill off Amazon for about $25.
I don't know your budget though.
That grill isn't absolutely necessary.
It's just convenient.
