Where it's hotter & wetter
Step 1: I can do that. I'll do my research In a bit.
2a: I can walk to a gym from my house so that one I got covered.
:salute:
3a: my biggest problem. I don't really know anyone on my campus who's on that fitness wave. The few campus friends I have were lazy and fat too. :francis::mjlol:
Hmm.
Well, you can start going by yourself for now... :patrice:
But it does mean you're going to be severely limited in the weights you can lift. :francis:
Try to make friends with a regular and coordinate with him.
I know that's a tall order for an introvert but gym-brehs are some of the nicest people around.
Especially when it comes to fitness. Can't hurt to try :manny:
3b: thats another thing. I just gotta figure out how to get a regimen and right now I work out at the Y
GOOGLE.
Real talk, me and the homies just googled workouts and regimens and adapted them to our own particular strengths/weaknesses.
You don't have to follow whatever you find like it's gospel.
Just find one you think is doable and stick to it until you master it.
Then move on because your body will need variety once the ball gets rolling.
4:diet I can do its affording the food myself is the biggest problem.
I eat chicken breasts and broccoli mostly.
Fish I'd like to try. :ehh: I just need to buy a decent priced grill. :patrice:
Like I said, I had a Sam's Club membership.
Best $20 investment of my college career.
Most items are around $10 and in bulk.
There was a local meat market that had 3 for 1 deals that really came in clutch too.
And you can get a decent Foreman grill off Amazon for about $25.
I don't know your budget though. :whoa:
That grill isn't absolutely necessary.
It's just convenient.

Taurus sun - Rarely ever forgives.
Cancer moon- Never forgets. In fact, extremely nostalgic so everything replays over and over.

Recipe for revenge. Won't ever truly forgive you unless you've been repaid with what is deserved.

getting all of this down I will take heed. First thing I need to do is read about regimens and meal planning

I love my aunty but some of the things she says are based on delusion feminist views and not logic.
Hence, why I try to avoid an argument and keep the conversation civil.

"Oh women have been through so much more than any race of people collectively"

"Women never had the privilege to vote"

"Women are still being treated unfairly in the workplace"

"Women in third world countries don't have any freedom"

"I don't want to look at slavery only the history of women oppression"

Then she brings up black people and black men rhetoric

"Black men are leaving their kids and producing degenerates in our community"

"Black men disrespect black women all the time"

"Black people ALWAYS treat me like shyt in the workplace"

"White people treat me better than black people"

"Black people would never hire me only white people"
"I'm afraid to read some of the slavery books and conscious books about our people because it produces hate" :dwillhuh:
