They do. When I was in middle and high school, my own dad and some of his homies used to get at my friends because they looked grown, while knowing they were underage.
I noticed this pattern with a lot of men around me as I got older.
Then seeing my friends deal with men in their 20s and near 30s in middle and high school.
I experienced it myself too.

Yes. It's a lengthy process though. You have to do a lot of paper work (like 20 pages lol) and go to court. It's not simple.
I put a 2 year restraining order on an ex. I wanted it longer. I think I told you about that. The only reason it was granted was because I had a witness to the threat and they came to court to testify on my behalf.

with a restraining order, they arent supposed to contact you at all right? even if its just txt messages
