lol mind you I replied to about 20 people privately but I'm still getting bday wishes. Still more are pouring in. I didn't know I had such an impact. & I didn't even have to make a post that my bday came.
I really don't be thinking ppl like me.I really think you either downplay the impact you have on ppl or how much you mean to others. Don't sell yourself so short.
What I've come to realize is that the majority of unhappiness and pain that we suffer in life is self inflicted. We choose to hold on to past hurts and traumas. We choose to not forgive people. We become scared to take chances and risks in life because of fear that we might get hurt. We assume people have terrible intentions for us from the jump. The biggest thing we do is choose not to forgive ourselves.
Don't punish yourself for your flaws, short comings and mistakes you've made in life. Forgive yourself and forgive the people in your life. While you're hating them, they are living their life not thinking about you. Forgiveness of oneself and letting go of past wounds is the key.
Also take risks and chances cause you never want to live a life full of regrets and what ifs.
