So, we already use a word that already means everything, but it's still included in the acronym.First, that's an acronym and while technically a word, no one uses it that way.
Second, I completely understand how it can feel like the community is just on some -shyt sometimes.
But that's what happens when you bend over backwards to be inclusive because you don't want to be accused of discrimination.
It waters down the message of your movement when every Tom, dikk , and Harry with a kink wants to claim oppression.
Third, examining LGBTQQIAPP+, including "queer" invalidates the whole damn acronym as queer signifies ALL orientations aside from cisgender heterosexual.
If queer is a catchall term for the community, you don't need to include it in your acronym signifying the community
Further, howdafuq does "aromantic" fit in as an orientation??
Every a$$hole that doesn't establish emotional attachments is part of the community now?? [This is what I meant by being TOO inclusive].
I suppose being pansexual means you are also attracted to intersex persons but that makes polysexual wholly unnecessary.
Anyway, all of this is still tame.
Wait til you learn about the furries and otherkin
OK, yeah I got better understanding now. Usually, the topic doesn't come up a lot but I'm just trying to be on top of it.
Appreciate the thought breh. TIL.
I think I know a good amount about furries, but I leave that shyt alone.
