Yesterday, I got some yogurt, fruit, 100% apple juice, water, eggs, oatmeal, and apple sauce. It's a start.normally during these hours i eat fast food and trash but i decided to actually be healthy. went to wal-mart and got some turkey breast and grapefruit.

Same thing happened to me ate some KFC was sleep half of the day. Now watching Luke Cage which is why I don't like sleeping in the middle of the day.
That's exactly me breh. I sit here looking at the prices on fast food and I'm like, damn I could of bought three items that last me a long time. Then I was like, let me save money now and eat right. So now, whenever I think of fast food, I simply think the prices and compare to the market prices, and then boom, more savings for me. Body in a better state that needs to be.i have a hard time eating healthy unless i specfically make a point to do it everytime im hungry
having healthy food on hand i just end up ignoring it for some reason
