Im tryna get Xanax and adderall. I legit medically need them both

I went to my gp who referred me to a psychiatrist.

Psychiatrist gave me a few tests and confirmed the adderall was needed.

Gave my doctor the ok to give me the script and that's that. Whole process took about a month which was basically waiting for the next appt.

Your doctor will start you off on the lowest dose and gradually increase it based on how it affects you. I'm at a 20mg XR (lasts 8hrs) but the highest dose is 60mg. I stopped at 20 because if I need more then I could just double up.

shyt does cause anxiety which is why I don't take anxiety medals.

I would share but I ain't shipping drugs breh. I get a fresh 'script every 30 days too and might take about 5-10 pills out of 30 so I have a large supply. shyt strips me of my appetite too so I can go all day without eating.

Yeah the shyt with my kid and her dad has been brewing for a few years. I never really spoke on it to anyone but my husband or close family. But today put it all in perspective and I told myself that she's old enough to make her own decisions now. Cest la vie.
