Since I work as a contractor we have a service manager that is supposed to act as a intermediary between the contracting company and the client I work for. For the past 3 months I've told dude I wasn't happy with this position. Even told him about some other jobs I'd be interested in within the company and he's tried to talk me out each and everyone. "you're good here...this a good place for you to be in".

Umm no it's not. My new manager is a c*nt and he's making the entire work experience miserable and I hate coming here. Usually I would say it's me but my co-worker is experiencing the same frustrations and when I explain it to other people on the team they are like "wow!! ".
