What's the service or good being provided? :sasword:My friend is making a killing with his business in the south and east coast.
I need that fury of fire.
I know I could be successful.
I just need that opportunity.

Do you have any ideas of what you want to do?My friend is making a killing with his business in the south and east coast.

Do you have any ideas of what you want to do?
Yes, I have a list of plans I wrote down(never forgot what you told me).
I just need to be around the right crowd.
Create connections in different cities across the states.
That's good!! Where do you think the right crowd is located or are you just going by feel?
I was looking at small commercial spaces today and I kind of just want to say "eff it" and make the leap but I have to be patient. I'm going to at least contact this commericial real estate agent that I was referred to.
A good city for me would be a cultural one. One that has a nice crowd with an appreciation for different mediums of the art.
What do you currently do again?
What did you originally want to do?
I have visions of owning my own space. One day I will make that into a reality. I'm currently in the process of talking to other people who have their heads on their shoulders just as I do.
I currently work for an investment company (IT no certs) but I want to start a little party planning/rental hall business on the side. As a start I want to just do evening and weekend parties. Nothing late at night...kids parties and maybe some mid day receptions/meetings. Eventually I'd like to expand that into perhaps a place for job/skills training in the day time but that is future state.
I've seen a few affordable spaces but again, I'm just not ready to make the leap. When it's time hopefully there will be something there for me.
We all have goals and dreams, we just need that opportunity.
...and I know with my work I can achieve that.
He knows his baseThe Single Mothers Club...
I hate his work with a passion but I'll be damned if Tyler isn't not consistent.

I'm not really looking to be a party planner but more so just the owner/coordinator of the space the event will be held. I think that could be something I could expand into if necessary but for now I just want to own a space and rent it out.I like, I like.
Have you practiced throwing any events yet?
My friend majored in Marketing and currently plan and run events for major corporations. That's a very good career, she is doing pretty well in it. She plans to own her own one day though.
It's definitely a nice market out there just for that. I could she you achieving your goals.
Do you have a portfolio?
Any photos of your work?

Small commercial spaces around where I live. I've seen a few but I'm not ready to buy yet. I only want something that holds 50-75 people. Hell I'll take smaller than that depending on how it's laid out. What places are you looking at?
