finally my manager approved my 2014 management goals..after several annoying back and forths. now all i need to do is hand it over to HR so they can put it in their employee performance system...i hate this process since its my first time going through it but my raise and bonuses stem from me completing them on a rated scale...and i want a bigger 5 digit bonus at the end of the year so i gotta fall in line...but after this crazy ass week i will not be opening my work laptop during the holiday weekend once i shut it down at 4:30..mental health holiday is also needed
