lol I would get my nose done. Just a little tweak. But I'm afraid of rhinoplasty. I don't want a Michael Jackson/Janet nose.
There's this surgeon (gotta find his name) but he specializes in ethnic surgeries. (Whatever ethnicity you are, he makes subtle alteractions so you wont be Jamaican walking around with a cac nose). He studies features. His work comes out amazing.
