had to call in sick to work today. First day I've missed since starting the job 10 months ago. But I always feel guilty for some reason. I wasn't deathly ill I just woke up with a splitting migraine and had a headache all throughout the night which led to minimal amounts of sleep and couldn't imagine performing my job duties with the type of headache I had. Still I hate the feeling of guilt. I at least have sick days saved up since I never use them.

thank you. my headache finally went away around noon. I had it when i went to sleep, took tylenol, woke up in the middle of the night chilling/sweating, took three ibuprofen and it didn't do shyt. Woke up around time to get up for work amd took excedrine which has caffeine in it and that finally cleared it up around noon. I just knew there was no way I could perform my job with that headache. And it was my first time ever missing work there so I just decided to take a sick day.
