Yup. Everything is extreme and unrealistic (even when we measure 'natural beauty') - you gotta have perfect skin (no makeup), thick long hair (even if it's 4C), you gotta naturally have a nice shape or obsess and fixate on it in the gym...
Those same "natural beauties" are editing their photos, getting skin treatments, wearing 'natural' looking makeup, adding in pieces of hair or wearing the curly/nappy wigs - that can pass for their natural hair. It's all an illusion.
