That was karma and demons that took him out. I believe it was cancer. However with AIDS you can get cancer. But it takes a while for HIV to develop into AIDS.

Couldve but he used to have healthy weight on him. Idk tbh. But a lot of deaths are AIDS related yet the media/families are to ashamed to disclose it so they just say the cause of death is whatever illness the AIDS caused. The stigma is still alive. With his situation an AIDS related death would ruin his legacy more and shame his family/wife if true. Folks will have more compassion for cancer.
