How do you know how many stamps to use when mailing something besides an envelope

I want to mail one of those orange color envelopes, it won't be heavy, will just have 2 sealed transcripts inside. I was going to slap 3 stamps on it

I think 2 forever stamps (also known as a first class stamp) will work for those envelopes.

I would recommend either tracking or certified mail to make sure it gets in the right hands.

today was a good day.
managed to get an affordable phone plan that i thought i wasn't able to get.
was given a free yoga mat from the lady at lululemon (can start dabbling with exercizes at home now) congratulating me for taking the steps to change.
bought some workout clothes on a good price (Old Navy got em for 50% y'all)


got a proper bra fitting....shot up cup sizes and didn't even know
and came home to an empty house (hope it stay empty. hope that bytch freeze in the cold )
