I sometimes workout but I run 3 miles a day usually. But these last few days I been too sick to do anything. Hopefully I'll see some changes this week when I get back into it. :patrice:

It's hard to be consistent but it's not complicated. I'm sure you heard it all before.

Tag me tomorrow morning/afternoon in the gym's random thoughts thread and I'll give you a succinct version. I'm about to be unavailable for the night, (Hibernating with this cold).

The long and short of it is 80% what you do outside of the gym and 20% what you do in it.
