Being that I'm handicapped I worry about my well-being when I'm out in the street because ppl see elderly & disabled people as being weak.

Never that. Keep those pics as a reminder. Any time you wanna kill a box if Krispy Kreme. Look at them old photos. Also seeing and documenting your progress will motivate you to keep going, and will convince you what you're doing is actually working.
