my homie's funeral service was beautiful...so many people came to show him love and whatnot...he was the third person from my childhood that passed from cancer in their 30s which is still hittin me..im thinking i need to take an even more proactive approach towards my health in 2017..esp with what i eat

I had a weird ass dream last night. I dreamt one of my homegirls got killed by her boyfriend. Her boyfriend is a pretty controlling nikka from what I've seen during my interactions with him. I'm not really fw her like that though rn because she be going ghost on a nikka.. .dont know if i should check up on her though 
All right. After 2 days of being sore as hell, I'm repaired and ready for Jump Rope Boot Camp Day 2. Let's get it!!!!
