I was chewing it and my teeth hit something and it did a weird squeaky like sound and when I spat it out, there was a piece of glass. I took another bite and there was another one. I'm not going to finish it even though I put it in the fridge. I'll look for more potential pieces later.

I wonder if the other pizzas that were on display with mine had the same problem.. The saleswoman didn't seem to be in a really in a good mood herself.
