Damn I was just complaining about having to go show my homeboy a house today (just didn't feel like leaving out today...well putting on decent looking clothes), and he called and said he found out he had mad shyt on his credit and his score is lower than when he last checked. The area he wants to move in there is no way he will be approved with his score.

With all that said, I'm going to explore another real estate avenue. I may revisit when I have more bread because I would rather be an investor. I'm thinking maybe appraisals.
