Enjoying this Friday evening, watching You Got Mail. I’m not one for romantic movies, but this is one of my faves. Love Tom Hanks, lmao. He just has a warmth that I can’t describe.
Also, adding Parker Posey to my list of annoying white actresses. Right next to Winona Ryder who is an absolute terrible actress at that. Idk how n the heck she had the career she had. She has made every single movie I watched her in, besides Heathers, terrible. Lol.
Zendaya acting reminds me of her. Except Z is a better actress, but she’s overrated and so one dimensional. She’s only good at playing angsty characters, but they are not Emmy award worthy. Don’t care what no one says!!

I am so fukking patient too. I will wait YEARS to get my lick back. shyt will make my whole fukking week or month.
Had this long time employee that did some straight mean spirited shyt to me over a year ago...maybe 2. And then the nikka gloated about it. It wasn't anything to fire him over but it was mad disrespectful. It was unprovoked to which really took me by surprise.
I never gave him the opportunity to advance since then. Promoted so many people over it. He hates helping others too so I left him to work on shyt by himself (his choice). So everyone else got help while he broke his own back by himself. He really has no concept of team work.
Anyway his ass finally broke today. Crashed the fukk out and put in his 2 weeks. Talking about "I been busting my ass for 4 years and no promotion!"
Yup! fukk you with your selfish fukking ass. That's right, I left your ass in the rain, sleet and snow for 2 years. Thinking you're going to disrespect me. You lost your fukking mind.
And the best part, he's developed these terrible work habits which the owner let ride because of his seniority. Which means the next place he goes his bad habits (calling out regularly, running his fukking mouth, terrible communication skills, lack of team work, tardiness etc) are just gonna get him fired.
We're actually very nice to our employees and give them more understanding and chances than they usually deserve. I can't wait for him to go to another company that won't tolerate that shyt so he can come crawling back...so I can deny him.

And was talking reckless as hell too. Cussing and fussing. So he'll be suspended for that 2 weeks. Might as well just apply somewhere else ma boy. Imma give him a glowing reference too so he can move on swiftly.
We even paid him for the snow day that just passed. He doesn't know that though. He's about to feel so fukking stupid once he gets out his feelings.
