A lot of ya'll aren't going to like this but managing people really reveals how dumb a lot of people are especially men.
Usually women who are stupid just kinda fizzle out. They will try to be lazy or make a fuss but once it doesn't work out they move on pretty quick. But men...oh god...they will literally try to cheat, steal, scam etc even if they don't get a single dollar out of it. And they will do this for months and months and eventually get themselves fired because they get so frustrated their dumb ass scam doesn't pan out.
Case and point, we have this guy who is literally paying to work...literally. He pays for Uber and Lyfts to work and then tries to leave as early as possible. He worked a whole 10 hours last week. After Uber and taxes I wouldn't be surprised if he netted less than $20.
But he is committed to trying to scam. First he pretended to hurt himself. Dude put down different injuries on each set of paperwork he filled out. Didn't get shyt from workers comp. That went one for a month.
Now he is committed to trying to get us on some worker's rights violations or something. Honestly I don't even understand his angle. He obviously doesn't either.
But the owner was willing to tolerate him and it really didn't involve me so it's whatever.
But today he fukked up...
He got the bright idea to get another employee involved to try to ambush me with questions.
Why did these idiots try to record me even after I told them that I didn't give my consent to be recorded and stated the policy that prohibited it?
The policy is in writing. Why would you need to record me stating a policy that we literally hand you during orientation? fukking idiots
I filed a complaint on both of them for harassment. The one who recorded me has already been suspended.
He even tried some dumb shyt a few minutes later. He tried to say his work area wasn't up to code, but I just brought in our contract partner, who confirmed that his area was not only safe but followed SOP perfectly.
He got mad because it didn't work out the way he thought it would, couldn't control his mouth and admitted to recording me early. Got his ass sent home and suspended.
Dumb ass motherfukker shoulda kept playing with the owner.
There is even a group chat with the 3 of us and this idiot doesn't realize I am in the group chat. It's only 3 fukking people in the chat.
He tried to talk shyt in the chat about me because he doesn't realize I am in there. That's how I knew to bring over the partner to confirm the SOP. The genius had put it in the group chat.
I don't think the owner will officially notify him of his suspension until tomorrow. I can't wait. I know he's going to go in on me again so I can file another complaint. He has some missing headphones too which I'm sure he will make a fuss about.
Dude is gonna crash out tomorrow and get himself fired.
