When the United States becomes a failed and defeated state there are agreements that allow the U.N. to administer and partition it's territories as it sees fit, mainly in remedy to the former US Government defaulting on its liabilities to other nations (the ones left standing that is) and/or war crimes committed against petitioning countries
From my understanding, the UN will carve out land in the Southeast or repatriate the remaining black folks left back over to West Africa and parts of East Africa (all this really depends on China) along with reparations paid out as a claim against the former United States. The UN is going to be the authoritative body that recognizes and actually does this..the current ongoing talks on a State and local level is solely for formally legitimizing the claim and other subtle purposes. These governments do NOT have the money or resources to do this.. WE'RE ALL BROKE.
When this all goes left, we will be HOUNDED DOWN here. This is why I have been FOR YEARS been preaching preparedness and being ready to kill or be killed when the curtain falls. It's time to go back to being clannish..nikka living by himself in California when most of your family in Louisiana, well nikka you better be ready to grab a bowl of gumbo once you put your suitcases down when you back in the 'boot goddamnit. Numbers matter when you're talking about protection, collecting resources, etc..folks better get with it, this shyt is almost a wrap.
