Being a leader is hard and irritating.

I am currently leading 2 teams. 1 is family and the other is business. The business one is what it is. Frustrating but at least you get paid for it.

The shyt with family...breh I wanna cry. One person is literally doing NOTHING to contribute to the situation but fukking complain. Has the most childish and superficial demands but has no thoughtful opinions and zero solutions!

And his wife literally babies the hell out of him. I'm so frustrated right now. I promise I will never get married breh. The thought of literally babysitting a grown as person and trying to get then to do what's inbthere best interests ain't it for me.
