Idk what your field is but in mine you would want to leave altogether because after 2-3 years you are STUCK STUCK STUCK fukk YOU NIGGUH STUCK NOBODY LEAVES.

Now if there’s a viable exit opportunity in you leaving that role and then immediately transitioning somewhere else, I think that’s worth trying…But if you’re gonna be spending 3 years going from back-office accounting to like mid-office accounting(lateral internal movement) then look elsewhere.
