I've heard of some scenarios of this happening. I experienced this lately.

Told the barber "You can pretty much take all the facial hair off aside from the beard at the bottom and don't touch the moustache".

I felt like I was pretty clear with the instruction

After he's done cleaning up the beard I hear him changing clippers or whatever. My head is tilted back so I'm not really seeing what he's doing.

This guy proceeds to start cutting the moustache

I lean forward

Me : "Yo leave the moustache it's cool"

Barber : Oh na I was just bringing it down a bit breh
