Turned onto my street last night around 11 PM and the fukking garbage truck was there blocking the whole street. Even the dude loading the truck was laughing. :mjlol:

I really didnt like Dune. Was boring opener; personally didnt even make it past the first hour. Dialogue was boring. Emotional chemistry was wack. Action non-existent (at least for the first hour) and Zendaya had 1 min of screen time. :francis:




Kept asking myself why i was fighting myself so hard to watch this movie. Then i bounced. And i have legit walked out on only 2 movies in my entire life. Alita Battle Angel and this.:hhh:

I think I tuned out around the last 45 mins of the movie due to the pacing of the movie was too slow and not enough action. I just turned it off and found another movie to watch.

I have no idea what that director was thinkning. Pacing is garbage.

I also feel like it was a bigger experience for those who read the original source material/ novels. Im sure they could see all sorts of stuff in those boring dialogues that rest could not. For those of us who arent mega nerds it just didnt click. I also have a feeling their budget prioritized making those fancy cgi space ships instead of making action sequences.
