"The constant chase for the pursuit of fame leaves one mentally unfilled. Desolated of true happiness"
Finally cut the cord on Instagram. The addiction to achieving these artificial notifications and virtual intimacy just was too much. Felt like Instagram went past its prime past-2016 when they removed the chronological order of posts. Scrolling turned to a damn near workout! Some posts I couldn't see, some people my followers couldn't see.
Mainly posted videos of playing music instruments, photography showing beautiful scenes around New York, memes and relatable posts. Met girls on IG but virtual flirting is a waste of time and energy. If she's not in front of me, mate I won't even bother.
Creators need to understand "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" Yes updating revitalizes the platform, but if the platform isn't damaged, just leave as it is. This goes for Tinder, Snapchat, Youtube, etc.
