I've been taking black seed oil for 3 days and the shyt is absolutely disgusting. It smells pretty bad as well, but on my face I could see the immediate difference. I put it in my applesauce yesterday, but that was a foul move on my part. It was cool until it really hit my taste buds and almost came back up. I have a new way to chase it today that hopefully kills the taste more quickly.

I'm in a fukking awesome mood!! Even on 2.5 hours of sleep. It's go time!!
