Those “friends with benefits” agreements never work. It’s one sided. There is ALWAYS one side of the FTB equation that catches feelings in one way or the other or eventually becomes too attached. Best you could do is cut her off completely
or deal with the consequences of continuing to become more involved- she’s in that haze of sex hypnotism where her expectations are not reality and if you keep it up- she’s going to get more clingy and overbearing. The more you to try to avoid her or don’t tell her straight up, the more she will obsess.
