Starting to see how celebrities be getting a lil amount of sleep and being aight with it, and the key is definitely waking up early
I’m clocking in about 4.5-5 hours of sleep for the past 3 weeks and don’t feel like I’m missing a beat, but then hours being like 5isham to 12 midnight making a difference compared to waking up at 10:30 like I was in January
But I’m getting more shyt done than I ever have, it’s 6pm central time and I’ve already worked, ate dinner and worked out
In January I’d have only been up 7 hours at this point
