To be clear, an Antichrist is a person who promotes a system or message that’s contrary to the theocratic system of principles and ethics of Yah and denies His overall authority. Historically, men who’ve controlled large swaths of land and humanity throughout have gained infamy as being opponents of God (Antichrists), of course they couldn’t be known as Antichrists as Christ hadn’t been born but the meaning behind the title
still applies.

Nebuchadnezzar claimed Godhood; this is detailed in the book of Daniel.
Xerxes claimed Godhood.
Alexander claimed Godhood.
Antiochus Ephiphanes (the one actually referred to in the prophecy by Daniel); profaned the Altar in the Temple by sacrificing pigs on it, pursued and warred against the Maccabees; enforced Hellenistic culture among the Hebrews, namely the acts of pedastry and homosexuality.
