How this random thought happened;

I met this 33 year Nigerian dude. He’s about to start his residency at Emory hospital. Told me his life story and how he left Africa to go to college in Russia. Got his degree for 10k. Then moved to the US and got a job in the hospital. He started a resell business with his sister as well. Lives in a giant house and got a AMG. Said he’s going back to Africa to get his wife because they’re women are raised to be women lol.

dude was is accomplished. I’m 35 and feel as if I haven’t done shyt smh

Everyone's journey is different bro. Don't look at other people and feel discouraged because you're not where you think you need to be. Set goals and work toward them, day by day. Nothing wrong with using other people's progress as personal motivation but at the end of the day, focus on you and be persistent in whatever you doing. You can even get a vision board and literally write out your objectives you plan to hit. Best of luck bro, you got this.

My mother is learning the harsh lesson of “fukk those grandkids”. I had to pump her brakes a few weeks ago talking making some customized aprons. Today she shed a few tears because they text my brother this morning, but no one else. I mean they are his kids, but my mother goes all out for everyone and expects little in return.
