Halfway boil the pasta because it’s gonna cook in the oven and you don’t want it to be too mushy

( I don’t add salt and pepper) I let the person choose that
Big mama love salt and pepper and she the boss when it comes to the decisions

Yea a turkey neckbones, it gave it a nice ass taste....And yea those the cheap craft box, they wanted 3 dollars for the premium brand, can't do it :picard:
