Giiiirrrrllll! They make you get the popcorn for sure. A few years ago I was dating this guy that DJ'd in the skate community and he had the juiciest deets about everybody! People in town and out of town. My friend's boyfriend works for the Port of Baltimore and she spills the second hand tea about all those dudes. I'm here for it!

I’m entertaining the idea of being an architect. I don’t know if I just want to learn design and do 3D renderings to see the potential of a house, or run the full gambit. I’m going to research.

I don’t think you’re ever too old to learn, so my concern is more with what I want to do with the knowledge. It’s no need in getting a whole degree just to learn CAD. But if its worth it to get the degree, the sooner I start the better. Plus I already have an undergrad and masters degree, so I wouldn’t have to start from scratch.

That was my dream job as a child. Was always sketching houses in my sketchpad.
Then I got into 6th grade math that was kicking my ass, and my mamma told me architects need to know harder math than that

Yeah I saw one the curriculums for a local college. I started as a Comp Sci major (ended with an MIS degree), so I’ve taken advanced math. Ideally I would only need to focus on the core classes.

My community college has a CADD certificate program, where you learn the basics of design, so I’m gonna see what’s up with that. I want to learn how to read blueprints and things of that nature as well.

And you’re the second person that let math stop them. Get a tutor!
