I was having trouble breathing the last few days but I thought it was because of the weight gain and carrying multiples and thought they were just pushing on my diaphragm. My BP is insanely low and I’m having chest pains. I already had COVID the beginning of the year so I don’t think it’s that but my chest just started hurting something serious.

I’m a very healthy eater. I used to be a vegetarian but I now eat mostly fish and chicken .... sometimes red meat now that I have pregnancy cravings
It’s just weird that my chest hurts and I’m out of breath. I was totally fine this morning.
