My OB also put me on Liquid IV, it makes one bottle of water hydrate you like 3 bottles.
Preggie drops and this are in GNC where I got em but Walmart has them waaaayyyy cheaper

Preggie drops are. The liquid IV packets are where the crystal lite, etc stuff is
gone head and buy some diapers too
