Little janky ass softball coach from last year, really has me bent right now. It’s 8 girls. I had 4 practicing hitting...1 on each base, one hitting/playing catching. Each get 5 swings then they rotate. The other coach brings her 4 girls ON the field and starts playing catch with them, including the girls I was with.

So I’m like I thought you were going to the OUTFIELD to practice catching!! I felt myself getting irritated because this practice is already unorganized and I’m just trying to get some order. I left and sat in the car.

No. My daughter is 12 and has been playing for about 7-8 years now for this league, so I’ve just seen how practices run and always volunteer to help keep score and stuff.

We had this same coach last year and there is absolutely no organization, so I called myself helping and clearly overstepped.

She didn’t even ask any of the girl’s names!! How you a coach saying “hey you!” Didn’t introduce them to one another or anything. I’m mad all over again
