Many put jewels/ red dots etc... To remind them of their third eye....

I deactivated my Facebook page a couple days ago and I feel so much better. It was just putting me in such a funk seeing all the events that would unfold overnight and then keeping up with it all day. I already deal with depression, so it's not hard for my mood to change,but this was some everyday grief and overall hopelessness. I didn't like that feeling.

I've decided to be a human....not black, not a woman, just a person that wants to be successful and take care of her family, like most people do. I am very much pro black in that I desire to help my own, but I have to help myself first so I won't be aligning to any one particular group or ideal nor changing to fit men's archaic definition of a good woman. Its a solo mission and I'm ok with that. I'm honestly too tired to fight and I know my plans and intentions are good and will be helpful.

My anxiety is super high today for no reason. I’m feeling worried/stressed with no cause.

I hate feeling like this. I’m sure it has to do with someone close to me. I tend to feel the feelings of the people that I care most about.

It’s a blessing in that I can easily empathize with my loved ones but it’s also a curse because I’m almost always on edge.
