Yeah, the minimum for her charge and I’m guessing she had over a kilo is 10 years. I was kinda hoping it was a State case because there’s flexibility with state courts..there really isn’t any with the Feds unless you bringing the entire operation to their door.

Her lawyer needs to be working out a deal if she’s giving up info..they’ll still give her the ten but if she’s able to get a deal off they’ll probably send her off to a minimum security camp like FPC alderson which is basically a damn all female college dorm for three to four years and let her off on parole. You could send a letter to the judge but like I said, they usually go by the guidelines to a tee..it’s really up to the US Attorney office to provide that flexibility so send them that correspondence, it may help.

I hate being a girl some days. It’s too many emotions.

I was just mindlessly scrolling through FB and I came across a picture and a video that my Step Sister posted for her mom’s (my Step Mother) birthday. They were all hanging out, my Dad included.

My first thought was “Oh that’s nice. At least he’s being a Father to someone.”


Then I burst into tears. Like...I cried like a baby.

It only lasted a few moments and now I’m back to my “I don’t care” attitude.

In reality it hurts though.

Having some homemade zoodles today. Sautéed them in a lil oil, with some garlic S&P, let em sweat out, they give off their own water to steam themselves. Not bad. Though I could’ve kept them in the pan another minute.

Kinda bummed I didn’t make the 4 workouts a week goal I had, but it’s been a high stress week. Just gonna take it easy but will still keep momentum.

Nice! I owned “the sacred woman” book but someone took it. I also have the book “nutricide” by laila o Afrika that basically shames you for adopting the white man’s diet. It’s a miserable dietary existence for sure.
