I’m flawed AF but one thing that I’m thankful to God for is my ability to hold my tongue as well as my self control. Not everything needs to be said.
I usually don’t do so for people that I don’t know/don’t care about. However, for those that I do care for, its best to edit my words before they leave my mouth.
I’m a firm believer in say what you mean and mean what you say. That’s why I don’t argue with people. Arguments lead to saying things that you can’t take back. I’d rather just be silent.

I see what you mean, it’s important to express yourself though. I happen to have issues with loved ones who don’t know how to disagree and also speak to each other with respect even in their anger/cool off then say it. Most people aren’t mature enough to do this for loved ones though.
Cant take it back, exactly. I take it 100% as how you feel or deem appropriate to say. Got a relative in my texts who cursed me out (no recent interaction other than checking on a favor I did for them) then not two hours later apologizing. Neither got or is getting a response.

Client of mine is getting picked up downtown and as I’m parking the bus a white officer asks me to move up because the politicians finished their conference and don’t wanna be held up trying to leave. Aight I got no problem with that, my client however clearly does as he’s handicapped and fired the fukk off on the cop. Throws all types of jackass, a$$holes insults.
This is causing attention and as it’s happening the aldermen and politicians start to come out and seeing all this shyt. So after getting a feel Bobby Rush asks me what’s going on and after explaining tells me to go ahead and put my client in the bus. Then the police officer gravels to me with thanks and appreciation for helping making the situation go by.
Call my mom and explain and she tells me that Bobby rush was just on tv having a press conference to report that during the looting on the south side, 14 police officers are seen on tape going into his office sitting down chillin, popping popcorn in his microwave....all while we the community wondering why downtown getting all the attention.
So him and Lori was on tv hot....those cops are done and she apparently told them come on in or we will find you....
