Hell, we need an official assessment. We've faced (still facing) trauma during times we weren't allow to be professionals, yet alone therapists/doctors. We STILL face shortages in this area. You also made a point that we need more "generic" businesses that serve the general population. Being black owned is great, but ONLY having black customers isn't sustainable.
The problem is many white people don't trust black businesses. Or rather are racist.

I think we take it seriously, but I know for myself, its complicated to get help. For one, not having access to black therapist. I don't think a white therapist will ever be able to help me, then you have to factor in time and money. A lot of available appointments are during work hours then you have to factor in cost. Therapy is an investment and when you're black it can be a process for sure.
I got a black woman as my therapist. It helps
