man even minor achilles injuries hurt like hell.

well I think thats what it is...I hurt my foot the other day on my jog/run and I've limping around sore and sometimes in real pain especially when I've been going up and down stairs in by building for example. I figure I've minorly hurt my achilles but I don't really want to go to the hospital and take up time being seen when someone who may have got hurt protesting will need it before me.
